Hey People, this is a reminder for the 2015 Singles forum slated for the 1st of October 2015. Registration is on going and would end on the 27th of September 2015.
Have you registered? If No, maka why? hurry now and download the form HERE, fill it are submit via email to stleossinglesforum@gmail.com. to be eligible to attend, you have to be age 20 for ladies and age 25 for the gentlemen. Its essential you fill in your age on the registration form as we regret to say that forms without the subscribers age would NOT be attended to.

Forms are also available for pick up at the churches main entrance on Sundays or in the parish office on weekdays. Registration verification would be done on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. So do the needful.
